If you need to remove or lower a bid, please contact us directly. Bid adjustments are not only time sensitive but, in many cases, we may need to contact the Seller to confirm our ability to remove or lower the bid.
When you need to have a bid removed or lowered, Proxibid will attempt to assist so long as:
- the event is not live
- we receive ample notice
- removal has been approved by the Seller
Whether you’re a new or experienced member of our Platform, there are a few things you’ll want to keep in mind:
- Be diligent about learning about any items you’re interested in purchasing before placing bids
- Digital images and descriptions can vary in clarity
- You may need to contact the seller to learn more about the traits of a specific item; especially those consigned
- We recommend you review the seller's Terms of Sale section prior to placing any pre-bids
- Proxibid monitors prebid retraction requests to prevent abuse
