As such, deposits are taken by the seller directly. If you have questions regarding a deposit on a sale, we recommend checking the Terms of Sale for that event. If your question or concern isn't outlined in the Terms of Sale, you may also contact the seller directly. You can find a seller’s contact information on their landing page within our site or on an event listing. To find a seller and any of their events, use the Browse By companies search option on our site.
Deposits are usually returned 24 to 48 hours after an event has ended, however, this may vary from seller to seller and event to event.
