Once an item is awarded on Proxibid, the transaction is handled completely between buyer and seller. As such, it is recommended that you check the event's Terms of Sale if you have any questions about payment methods, shipping terms, pick-up times or other post-sale concerns. In most cases, the seller will send an invoice with instructions on how to proceed.
If your questions aren't covered by the seller's Terms of Sale or the invoice issued to you, or you have not yet received an invoice, we recommend contacting the seller directly. You can find a seller’s contact information on their landing page within our site or on an event listing. To find a seller and any of their events, use the Browse By search option on our site. Just make sure to select Companies as your search choice.
