Situation Overview
We've recently made upgrades to Proxibid. Some users will need to clear their browser's cache and cookies to avoid logging in to the site multiple times. If you've experienced a situation on the site, where you've been prompted to login to MyProxibid multiple times when placing bids or adding items to your watch list, please clear your browser's cache and cookies.
Steps to Resolve
Users that encounter the situation are recommended to clear the cache and cookies of their browser.
When clearing cache and cookies, if you're asked to choose a time range, we recommend selecting "All Time". If clearing for less than "All Time", the issue may persist.
You will need to clear cache and cookies for every browser you use to access Proxibid e.g. Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Safari etc.

After clearing your browser cache and cookies, login to MyProxibid again. If the issue persists, you can also try;
- Shutting down the browser completely and reopening it, then login to MyProxibid again.
- Restarting your computer, then login to MyProxibid again.
