Shipping Items
Any terms relating to the shipment of items won in an event are set by the seller directly. As such, shipping can differ from seller to seller, and event to event. Bidders can usually find information relating to shipping in an event's Terms of Sale. If a bidder's question or concern is not outlined in the Terms of Sale, or they would like to request special shipping arrangements, they will need to contact the seller directly.
Sellers may provide winning bidders with shipment tracking information. Many factors can play into how quickly a shipped item is received (ex. shipping method or distance). If a bidder feels their item is taking too long to receive, they will need to contact the seller directly to get the status of their purchase/shipment.
Update Shipping Address
Update the Shipping Address for a Single event
To update the shipping address for the items on a specific invoice (individual auction event), click the Edit Address button on the invoice.
A pop-up window will open. Edit the Shipping Address as needed and then click the Update Shipping Address button.
The updated Shipping Address will appear on the invoice.
The address must be updated before the invoice is paid. A paid invoice will have a View Receipt button in the top right corner and will not have the Edit Address button. To update the shipping address for a paid invoice, please contact the auction company directly.
Updating the Shipping Address information under Account > Manage Contact Info will not impact the Shipping Address on any invoices that have already received.
Update the Default Shipping Address
To update the default Shipping Address on file for all future auction events, update the Shipping Address information under Account > Manage Contact Info. Updating the Shipping Address on the Manage Contact Info page will not update the Shipping Address on invoices that have already been received.
