This article describes how to update your personal details on your Proxibid Account.

What Updates Can I Make?
You can update these yourself:
- Password
- Security question
- Phone Number
- Billing and shipping address
- Please note: Your billing address must match your card's billing statement
- Company name and business information
- Debit/Credit Card Information
Contact us to update:
- Name
- In order to process your request quickly, please include proof of name change in your request (ie. driver's license, marriage certificate, divorce decree, etc.)
- Username
- Email Address
Updating Account Information
Here's some steps to quickly update any of the information listed above:
- Log in to your Proxibid account.
- Select MyProxibid from the My Account drop-down, found in the top right corner of the page.

On the Dashboard, click on the Manage Contact Info link located in the Account box or Account on the left-hand sidebar.

Update any of the desired fields under Contact Information.
- To change your password, click Edit Password.
- Billing Address must match the credit card billing statement.
- Changes to Shipping Address only apply to future auction events.
- To update the Shipping Address for a specific unpaid invoice/auction event, see Shipping.
- To update the Shipping Address for a past, paid event, please contact the auction company directly.

- Click Save button at the bottom of the page.
Troubleshooting and FAQs
Q: My account won’t update, what’s wrong?
A: Make sure you’ve clicked Save at the bottom of the page. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache or contact support.
Q: Can I make updates if my account is suspended or under review?
A: Account changes may be limited during suspension. Please contact our support team for assistance.
Q: Will I receive confirmation of my changes?
A: You’ll receive a success message at the top of the page and see the updated information instantly on your dashboard. For name, email, or username changes, you’ll receive confirmation from our support team when the update is complete.
