How Do I Know if an Auction House is Using atgPay?
Proxibid is in the early stages of rolling out this new feature, with a limited release for selected auction houses.
Some auction houses will update the Terms of Sale for the auction to reflect the use of atgPay (see example below).
Once you win your item, it will show up on your "MyProxibid" dashboard in the Buying section under "Purchased".
Sellers typically email you an invoice with payment instructions within 24-48 hours of the end of the auction. For Sellers using atgPay, invoices will contain a blue Pay Now button that can be used to check out via atgPay processing system using a debit card, credit card, or ban transfer (ACH).

If there's no Pay Now button, it means that the auctioneer is not using atgPay, and you need to either follow the instructions on the invoice or contact them to process the payment.

For invoices that have already been paid, events using atgPay will have a View Receipt button in the top right corner of the invoice.

Event's that did not use atgPay will not have a View Receipt button in the top corner of the invoice.

If you need further assistance determining if an auction event used, or will use, atgPay, please contact Proxibid directly and provide them with the name of the auction house and the name and/or date of the auction event.
