atgPay: Sales Tax Refunds

If you already paid your invoice, but should have been tax exempt, please send your tax exemption certificate to payments@proxibid.com so that the Payment Operations team can initiate a refund of the sales tax. Alternatively, you can provide your tax exemption certificate and an official sales and use tax document received by the jurisdiction showing the registered name and number

• Examples of documents: electronic returns, notice, address change letter
  • Handwritten documents are not sufficient
• Please ensure that your account matches the permit and exemption certificate

Refunds for sales tax on items purchased via bank transfer (ACH) may take longer to process as funds must be disbursed to the auction house (which can take 5-7 business days) before they can be returned.
