atgPay: Refunds

This article describes the process for requesting a refund from a seller using atgPay. If your purchase was made from an auction house not using atgPay, please contact the auction house directly. To determine if an auction house is using atgPay, see What Is atgPay?

Each auction house sets their own terms and conditions for their sale, including policies and information relating to refunds and returns. As this is set by each seller and can vary by auction, we advise our bidders to consult the terms and conditions of the auction you wish to participate in for further information on those policies. You can find a seller’s contact information on their landing page within our site or on an event listing. 

Refunds will be credited back to the originating payment account.

Note, refunds for items purchased via bank transfer (ACH) may take longer to process as funds must be disbursed to the auction house (which can take 5-7 business days) before they can be returned.
